What data we collect

  • Contact form: full name, email, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.
  • Phone or email contact: the details you give us.
  • Technical visit data: anonymous traffic statistics (e.g. pages viewed, device type), without identifying you personally.

Purpose and legal basis

  • To answer your request and send you a quote, on the basis of your consent and of steps taken before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
  • To carry out work you assign to us, on the basis of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
  • For website security and spam protection, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them to third parties.

Who has access

Only SM Networks sees your data. To run the website we use trusted providers that process data on our behalf:

  • our website hosting provider,
  • the email service that receives the form messages (Google),
  • the Akismet service (Automattic), for spam filtering on the form,
  • Google Maps, to show our location.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep your data

We keep form messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for no more than two years, unless we start working together, in which case we keep them for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Cookies

The website uses the cookies it needs to function and anonymous analytics tools. The Google Maps shown on the website may set their own cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and to object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time. For any of these, email us at sotiris.moulas@gmail.com.

If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the GDPR, you can file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
